Please guide me on the complete procedure on how i can get him here along with my parents.
Answer: Hello Vinita!
Here's what you will need to get your dog into Germany (steps must be followed in the order specified):
1) Microchip
2) Rabies Vaccination, then wait for 30 days, then
3) Blood sample taken by an official veterinarian at least 30 days after vaccination and 3 months before traveling
4) Blood test result from an EU-approved laboratory showing that the rabies antibody titre was equal to or more than 0.5IU/ml. Please see here.
5) These results need to be accompanied by a health certificate issued by an official veterinarian certifying compliance with the above requirements and counter signed by your accredited vet.
