If you've recently moved to a new city with your dogs and are on the hunt for a dog park, check out Pawspot.com. This website will lead you to all the best places for letting Fido roam free, complete with photos of the parks and allows frequent visitors to organize meetups. This could be a great tool for making new friends in a new town!
Here's a hotel with a new way of accomodating pets staying with them! I came across this on Jet Set Smart:

Yes, I know you may be thinking, there are plenty of dog friendly hotels across the country...and you are right...but the thing that really caught my eye about Affinia Hotels is their Jet Set Pets™ program in which they really do go the extra mile as far as services for your pets.
Affinia Hotels are now offering full concierge services for pets staying with them, including pet taxis, dog walking, grooming and even a pet psychic. Yes, that's right! You can now get your pet's mind read while enjoying a vacation in New York.
There is a $25 surcharge for the services, but these are great options for the discriminating pet owner.
