We got a great photo of "Wheezy" emailed to us over the weekend. Wheezy moved from the New York area to Indonesia a few weeks ago. Moving Boston terriers is always a tricky business, due to the fact that they have delicate respiratory systems that can cause them additional stress during international travel.
Using pet-friendly and pet safe airlines, as well as ensuring that the pet has a proper pet travel crate, can make a world of difference. Moving pets to Indonesia can also be a challenge, requiring plenty of pre-planning.
Wheezy looks pretty happy here in Indonesia. Her owners report that this picture was taken in front of Mount Merapi, near Borobudur in Central Java. If you look closely, you can see Mount Merapi in the background (I thought it was a cloud at first!). They also said "we'll send pictures of her swimming in our pool sometime soon."
I guess it's a tough life, but I gues some"dogs" gotta do it!
